You will never hear somebody saying they have enough. Even the rich people will always try to come with a way to make more money, let alone us, the ones struggling to do it on our own.
And as long as you’re not looking to rob somebody, that’s totally fine. Actually, it’s impressive that you’re trying to earn something extra, especially in your spare time, which mans you’re not a lazy person (well done).
There are a lot of ways out there that will bring you that little extra cash you’re looking for. Don’t expect to get rich from it though, because we’re talking about your spare time here, not a full-time job. Even though on the long run, some of these next examples might turn into gold if there’s enough time and work invested into them.
1. Start your own blog
Yes, this is one of the things you can do, that in the long run might bring a huge amount of money. Now don’t get me wrong, you will have to come up with a lot of content just to be seen on the internet, let alone start making money from it. But if you’re doing it with passion, and you’re really into it, then all that time invested into building your audience won’t seem so miserable compared to, let’s say, being stuck in a cubicle for 8 hours.
2. Sell your skills
You might have a special talent that if exploited accordingly, might bring you some extra cash. Maybe you’re good with photoshop, or maybe you have some decent design skills, like drawing. There are a lot of people looking for something you might actually be able to do.
Take Fiverr for example, there’s a huge request for things like that, and even though it is marketed as a “five dollar marketplace”, you can make a lot more by offering extras.
3. Become a streamer
There are so many people cashing in huge amounts of money for just having to record themselves playing their favorite game. If you know that you’re funny, charismatic, or extremely weird, then you might be in for a big surprise because this is the era where people actually prefer to watch someone else play a game rather than doing it themselves.
4. Sign up to be an extra
If you always dreamt of becoming an actor, but you suck at acting, at least you can earn some extra cash, and still be on TV. Even though the pay is not spectacular, at least you will get to be famous for a couple of seconds or so (that’s still something). If you’re actually considering this, you can sign up here.
5. Walk dogs
If you like long walks and you’re a dog person as well, you might want to try walking dogs for some extra money. You get to go out in the park, get your jog on and hang out with man’s best friend while getting paid, what more can you ask for?
6. Sell your stuff
You’ll always gonna have something you don’t need, in a space that’s practically running out of, well, space, because of the unnecessary things you collected over the years. So you might want to consider saying goodbye to your old stuff, and hello to some extra cash (so you can buy some more stuff that you will eventually sell later to get some more extra cash).
7. Get crafty
More and more people are looking for handmade stuff, authentic things which are unique and they won’t be able to find in a mall, where everything is mass produced. So if you’re a crafty person, you can easily make some quick money out off this.
